Enjoy sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean from this very pretty lot located on Mohegan Trail, across the street from the iconic Southeast Lighthouse. Stroll over to the Edward S Payne Overlook for dramatic bluff edge and ocean views and/or bring family and friends to the lighthouse for a tour. Building on a site such as this lends itself to the charm of island living due to the proximity of the ocean and the historic brick lighthouse that has been featured in many magazines and photographs over time. Peepers can be heard in the spring season and pheasant roam the area year round. The cleared area to the west appears to be access but it is on the abutting property. We will have access created directly onto this property soon.
