Bed sizes are 1 queen & 2 twins on the main floor . The lower level has 2 twin beds. A large backyard deck outfitted w/ a gas grill , outdoor table & chairs and deck chairs . A new enclosed outside shower is perfect for showering off after a day at the beach . A Matunuck Beach pass is provided . Home includes AC units and free WIFI. Pillows, blankets and spreads are provided . Renters need to bring their own sheets & towels . The home is centrally located to Green Hill and Ninigret Parks for playgrounds and pickleball/tennis courts . A 15 min drive to Pt Judith & Watch Hill and 30 min to Newport. A refundable $250 damage deposit is required along w/ a $140 cleaning fee ( nonrefundable)
