The Tews Brothers house is available for a Winter rental starting January 01, 2026, to May 31, 2026! The owner also may entertain different lease terms as long as they are 30 days or longer. Enjoy your stay in this ideally situated house within walking distance of downtown Newport and the famous Bellevue Avenue. This historic home has been meticulously renovated to provide modern amenities with old charm, welcoming you with a breezy porch. As you enter, you will find a relaxing open concept to the formal dining room and a sitting area/office with French doors for privacy from the family room and kitchen, which makes a great gathering spot. On the second floor, you will find the primary suite and 2 other bedrooms sharing an expanded bathroom, all beautifully decorated; you will also love the bonus room on the third floor. A guest quarters add privacy to the whole family and include a dedicated entrance, a kitchenette, a 4th bedroom, and a 3rd full bathroom.
